They will have to tune it up a bit. I answer questions for the Kindle NowNow and there are obvious issues with the hardware – the page forward and back buttons, screen freezing, the need for backlighting- and other issues. They might fix it and make it go – When the Ipod came out it was in good shape – worked from the start. Killed other MP3 players – the Kindle’s got a better concept than the Sony and other readers, more features. But it is ugly and has some real issues. I think the jury’s still out. I’d like to think it is life changing, but I tend to agree with Steve Jobs – the Book’s really dead.
