Will the administrators on the Bayer Jobs page on Facebook monitor or collect information on prospective job candidates?
At Bayer, we respect the privacy of our ‘Fans’, who are both prospective employees, as well as employees. We will not use Facebook to access or collect personal information about you from your Facebook profile. Fanning the Bayer Jobs page will not allow anyone to see your profile if you have set it to “private.” Only page members who already have access to view your profile will be able to access your page from ours. You can always limit who can view your profile by modifying your personal profile’s privacy settings.
