Will The 2011 Oklahoma City Thunder be a contender?
I definitely think the Thunder can be a contender in 2011, if they keep their core guys. Westbrook and Durant have proven they can work together and efficiently night in and night out. Also many teams in the NBA are growing older. Just look at the Celtics and the Spurs, both have great players, but not the energy to do it. I certainly dont think they will lose any of their young players because the franchise has tried to start over and they are appearing to do a great job. Breaking up the young guys would just undo everything they have been trying to do the past 2 years.
