Will the 2006 ProSeries software and prior years run on the Windows Vista operating system?
The 2006 ProSeries software and prior years were not designed to run on the Windows Vista operating system. Windows Vista has several significant differences from other Windows operating systems. As a result, our quality assurance analysts have been testing 2003 through 2006 ProSeries programs on Windows Vista operating systems. You may want to consider keeping a system that uses the Windows XP operating system for running prior years of ProSeries software.
