No, the ThankYou Service Center cannot hold reservations as bookings are quoted through a real-time system. Pricing and availability cannot be guaranteed until the purchase is completed and the required number of ThankYou Points has been deducted from your ThankYou Member Account and the tickets or travel documents have been issued.
