Will tax rebates for married couples be a good thing?
Years ago we had tax allowances for married couples and child tax allowances.It enabled more women to stay at home and bring up the children as the husband bought home more of his wages so his wife did not have to go out to work to supplement a low wage.It is high time it came back to encourage people to make the commitment to their children instead of having a nation full of illegitimate children as we have now.To live together without marriage is ok until children come along,then you should do the right thing for your children and give them stability.
