Will Taskline work with my PocketPC?
Taskline only runs on Outlook on the PC. You copy tasks back and forth between Outlook and your PocketPC using ActiveSync. However, when tasks are copied from Outlook to your PocketPC, information not supported by Pocket Outlook is not copied across. For example, Priority (A1) (which is a Taskline field that can be used to set the order of tasks) isn’t copied across to the PocketPC, and thus you can only see and change this field using Outlook. In summary, the standard Pocket Outlook fields sync fine, but the custom Taskline fields are ignored. However, the most important information, such as Task Start and Due dates, and task Total Work, being standard fields, do indeed sync correctly.
