Well it is not a healing crisis. But I have heard from many patients that say that taking a high dose of vitamin C gave them a virus. Now I am not saying that it does have anything to do with a virus quickly expressing it’self. I am only telling you what quite a few people have reported over the years. So I am reporting what has been said. I am not saying it has a mechanism or actually happens.
