Will SureContact delete bounced or “unsubscribe” contacts from my database?
We will automatically delete the “unsubscribed” requests and the “bounced” emails to insure that we maintain the integrity of our permission-based online marketing campaigns. Remember, a “bounced” newsletter could have been caused by a temporary technical problem on the receiving end. If you receive one, we suggest you call your customer to check that you have their current email address. Then submit the correct address to updates@surecontact.com at no extra fee.
