Will Suntrac release attendance records or any other information pertaining to a clients interaction with the Suntrac program to an outside agency or family member or friend?
Suntrac staff members will work in co-operation with outside agencies upon request and under the signed permission of the client. Without that signed consent directly from the client, all services accessed at Suntrac are considered strictly confidential. No release of information can or will be given to any person without this written release of information.
