Will Stomach swelling go away after gall bladder removal ?
It will go away, it’s just going to take some time, you’re not even a week out of surgery, you just need to give it some more time. I’ve never heard it lasting 6 months, I’ve had mine removed with TONS of complications, I had it removed during an emergency and found it was filled with gangrene and then had to go back 4 weeks later with the liver ducts clogged, and it still didn’t take 6 months for the swelling to go down. I’m not sure why people told you that, and why they say it took that long for them. No one I know took that long. Just give it some time, get your rest and don’t rush, you’ll be back to yourself before you know it! I hope you feel better soon!
