Will Steven Gerrard Disappear into Obscurity?
I’m sure the whole world heard the news about Liverpool captain and England player, Steven Gerrard, getting him self into the press thanks to charges pressed against him regarding assault. The Liverpool playing ‘thug’ was due to face court just a few days ago, where the Southport court magistrates’ heard him plead guilty to several charges of assault and affray. Steven Gerrard was not alone though, he was accompanied by his two associates, Ian Smith and John Doran, who both participated in the so called ‘assault’. The three were allegedly involved in a major night club brawl near to the end of December, in Steven Gerrard’s local area, Huyton, Southampton. The event that took place involved six men including the Liverpool player, and the consequence was one man needing hospital care to recover from his injuries.
