Will Square Enix release Kindom hearts 3?
Right now, Square’s got everyone working on FFXIII for a 2009 release in Japan. We won’t see FFXIII in the US until fall 2010. KH3 hasn’t even officially been announced yet, so we probably won’t see it until 2011 at the very earliest. At that point, however, Square may decide to skip the PS3 altogether and instead aim for the next generation of consoles which are predicted to arrive between 2011 and 2012. At last mention, KH3 was to be a PS3 exclusive, but that was before the PS3 actually came out. With FFXIII being a multiplatform release, it’s quite possible KH3 will also be multiplatform. In the meantime, there’s the new KH title heading to the PSP, which will cover the 13 Society’s story while Sora was asleep. There’s also that new strat-RPG heading to the PSP that looks like it’s going to include all the characters from all the Final Fantasy games. Looked pretty good.
