Versions 12 and Earlier No – Windows 7 is not recommended for Versions 12 and earlier which were developed before its release and are not fully compatible. Version 13.4.0. Yes – Sentinel Protection Installer 7.5.0 may be required for SoftPlan to run. It is available from this website: http://www.safenet-inc.com/support/tech/sentinel.asp There are no known issues that will affect the performance of this version on Windows 7. Version 14.4.2 or newer. Yes – There are no known issues Important Information About Keys (All Versions) Parallel Port Keys – SoftPlan Key drivers on the installation CD-ROMs will not function with beige Sentinel parallel port keys. Users of such keys will need to download and install the latest key driver, available here. Activator Keys- Windows 7 will not run any version of SoftPlan that requires a black, blue or yellow parallel port key know as an Activator key.
