Version(s): 13 Version 13 is designed to take advantage of a hyper-threaded processor during SoftView background extractions and when both SoftPlan and SoftView windows are open. There is no benefit within SoftPlan when SoftView Background Extraction is disabled or when there is no SoftView window open. Earlier versions of SoftPlan will run on a hyper-threaded processor but will not take advantage of its capabilities.
