Some people claim that they can “taste” sodium benzoate and it tends to be perceived as sweet, sour, salty, or sometimes bitter. So I’m guessing that these people are lying because they would say the same thing if they could taste it. I think sodium benzoate should be removed from coke and it will be removed.
