Yes. Part of our goal with Headnotes is to open a dialogue on legal issues; thus, each Response piece is open to short reader comments (500 characters or less). To ensure that comments remain appropriate and on-topic, submitted comments must be approved by the Headnotes editor before they will be posted, and anonymous commenting is prohibited.
