Will Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) representing load in ERCOT receive an allocation of Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) auction revenue without making any declarations?

A QSE representing load in the Nodal market will receive a distribution of CRR auction revenues. (Refer to Nodal Protocol 7.5.7 for more details on the CRR auction revenue distribution process). Receipt of CRR auction revenues is independent of CRR Account Holder status. However, if a Market Participant (MP) wants to participate in the CRR market, the MP must register as a CRR Account Holder and meet qualification requirements in accordance with Section 16.
