Will Qantas be making Jetstar bookings?
Qantas will continue to support Jetstar as per the current arrangements for Jetstar domestic flights. Qantas Telephone Sales – will continue to make commercial bookings on Jetstar for premium customers and bookings that include mixed travel between Qantas and Jetstar for all customer segments. All Frequent Flyer redemption bookings will be made via Qantas.com or through Qantas Contact Centres. Qantas Business Travel/Retail/Groups – will continue their current procedures supporting their customers by making bookings as required on Jetstar. All other inquiries should be referred to Jetstar directly.
