A major project objective is to improve business processes by leveraging the ‘best practices’ inherent in the PeopleSoft HCM product. During the configuration stage of the project the City’s business requirements will be evaluated against the base product functionality. The ‘Fit/Gap’ analysis will determine need for customization and/or business process redesign.
