No. The Postal Service already implemented a price increase for Priority Mail, Express Mail and International Mail on Sunday, January 2, 2011. The fee to add Delivery Confirmation to Priority Mail is unchanged. The cost of adding Signature Confirmation to Priority Mail, however, will increase.
