Will pressure treated wood protect against Powder post beetles?

It should work fine for around 20 years if the wood came out of the factory treated properly. But why don’t you try and eliminate the problem in the first place. I have never seen bug damage where there was not some issue with water or moisture first. Correct the environment to discourage bugs, don’t feed them and they should not be a problem.
