Hi if the police have identified your ip address then by doing ip search for your ip address at sites like Ip-Details.com they can get details like ip location ,country ,ISP address and so on but they can’t find your exact home location from your ip address ..But in some cases if they are having legal court order then by contacting your ISP they can easily find your home address from your ip address..

Not likely. While yes, harassment is illegal, most police departments will not spend resources on a kid joking around. They will most likely tell you to ignore him and move on. If it turns to threats, then they would look more seriously at pursuing this.
