No. PocketMirror Standard XT only synchronizes the default folders (or any other single folder) in Outlook Contacts, Calendar, Tasks and Notes. However, PocketMirror Professional, PocketMirror Professional XT and KeySuite offer different levels of synchronization with BCM.
