Will places outside of NYC, Boston, Chicago, etc. be tagged as “zagat-rated” anytime soon?

I live in a small resort town with a number of zagat-rated restaurants, but I can’t get the foodie badge at any of them because they have not been tagged. It’s frustrating for those of us who live outside of the big cities to not be able to unlock badges we deserve.
