• A Purchase Card actions should use STRIPES whenever possible; however, there are some sites using a bulk-funded approach to recording their purchase card transactions. Bulk-funded transactions will not be processed thru STRIPES. Sites using this approach should continue to record these transactions in STARS as they do currently. Non-bulk funded purchase card actions in STRIPES are handled similar to other awards.
