Will other gases affect the measurement performance of the Vaisala SPECTRACAP®oxygen sensor?

0

There are no other gases that absorb light at precisely the same wavelength in which the measurement is made in the SPECTRACAP® oxygen sensor, therefore there is no direct cross sensitivity to any other gases. Through a secondary effect known as pressure broadening large amounts of some gases alter the shape of the oxygen absorption lines in such a way that the oxygen concentration reading may be effected.
