Will olympic lifts help my sprinting?
im not sure what olympic lifts are but if they are working on your legs then yes it will help but upper body strength does not play a big role in sprinting. if you really want to get better then you should just do sprinting instead of lifting weights run the 100 4-7 times a day 4-5 days a week or the 200 3-5 times or the 400 2-4 times. or a combination of these.
