The olive leaf is a symbol of prosperity and peace. Peace and prosperity can come in many forms. Some may think of being prosperous only comes from money or assets. I would beg to differ and say prosperity can come in the form of excellent health also. I have 62-year-old brother who has had a stroke and has a very low quality of life. He lives in a nursing home hooked up to tubes to help him breath and to get the nourishment he needs to stay alive. He can shake is head yes and no or shrug his shoulders to answer questions, so his brain is still functioning to some degree.
