OfficeScan should not interfere with the Ad Aware or Spybot software packages. You can continue to use Ad Aware and Spybot as supplemental spyware protection if you wish; however, OfficeScan has spyware protection built into it as well. Windows Defender will prompt you to approve application changes during the installation of OfficeScan, but should also continue to function normally after OfficeScan is installed.
