Will not paying a New York Driver responsibility assessment do anything to my Missouri drivers license?
Update: I consulted with a lawyer on this issue and he said your license would only be valid in 49 states and you would lose all privileges to drive in NY. If you are caught driving in NY, it then becomes a criminal manner. So if you plan on ever driving in NY again, you should pay the DRA. This applies even if you never plan on getting a NY license, since your Missouri license would essentially be banned in the state that your driving privileges were suspended in.
