A. No. Teachers with 15 years of service credit or more are not eligible for any compensation provided by the ProComp Professional Evaluation element. Rule: CPE salary increases are discontinued for teachers with over 14 years of service credit. This rule does not go into effect until the 2009-2010 School Year. Scenario #1- A ProComp teacher, on a formal evaluation year, despite the number of years service credit, is given a “satisfactory” CPE in May 2009.
