Market Participants vying for Pre-assigned Congestion Revenue Rights (PCRR) will be required to submit documentation in support of validating eligibility. Any contracts previously submitted for zonal market Pre-assigned Congestion Rights (PCR) allocation will need to be re-submitted for PCRR allocations. There is no carry-over from TCR to Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR).
