Will NIBCO ship products into California after 12/31/09 which do not contain third party certification under Annex G of NSF/ANSI 61 and/or Section 116875 of the California Health and Safety Code?
NIBCO will not ship products intended by NIBCO to convey water for human consumption as defined by the California Health & Safety Code 116875 unless such products contain the appropriate third party certification of compliance with applicable regulations. However, NIBCO will continue to ship products which are not third party certified as compliant with Annex G of NSF/ANSI 61 and/or Section 116875 of the California Health and Safety Code which are intended by NIBCO for use in non-potable water applications, such as irrigation, HVAC and other mechanical piping as well as industrial process piping.
