TomTom is a European product. They’re very popular in the UK. If you bought yours in Canada or the US you will have to buy the maps from TomTom for the areas you want to go to. They don’t have maps of the whole world, but they do have maps that cover Europe, Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore, etc.
