Will MyFoneThemes convert into phone themes all images that an Image Partner has submitted?
MyFoneThemes reserves the right to select which among an Image Partners submitted works will be produced as phone themes and sold on www.myfonethemes.com. This is to ensure that customers of MyFoneThemes will download nothing but quality original themes. However, an Image Partner is encouraged to submit as many works as possible. The more images an Image Partner submits, the higher are their chances for having their images converted into phone themes and downloaded by MyFoneThemes visitors. MyFoneThemes requires Image Partners to submit only those photos and illustrations for which they own the copyright and have secured model releases should those images feature people. MyFoneThemes will NOT convert into phone themes submitted images that may infringe on the copyright of others.
