Very likely yes. The NDS Admins (probably with some help and coordination from CIRCA) will be creating tools to handle the rights management. Login scripting support will improve by October 1. That is the deadline for CIRCA and the NDS Consortium to provide additional services to Law. They will be provided in a way that all tree members can use. These tools might be useable directly by departments even before the departmental support is done.
