Will my teeth move after braces if i don wear my retainers for a few days?
Yes, they will move, but it won’t be by alot. Like it depends on how long you don’t wear your retainer for. I can leave my retainer off for a week, but I don’t have to wear the retainer in the day, I have to sleep with it on instead. It depends, I’d say you can leave it off for a few days, if you don’t have to wear it during the day, otherwise, you will feel that you can’t really wear your retainer after a day or two because your teeth have moved, but not completely back to their original position.
