Eligibility to sit for the ARDMS examination is dependent in part upon the student’s prior education. Those students who possess a Bachelors Degree, an MD or DO Degree (from the USA or another country), and those who have already completed another patient care related allied health care course that is a minimum of two years in length will be eligible to sit for the ARDMS exam immediately upon graduation from the program. Those who do not possess the above listed educational credentials must work in the field for one year prior to sitting for the examination.
