No, staff will not lose any current Microsoft Outlook data from their current mailbox provided they export their information (*.pst file). Those moving on to Group PC/Web Access can import this file back in to Outlook when the transition is complete, but those who are on any other BigPond Premium Mail plan will need to get BigPond Technical Support to manually import the file back in.
