As long as you don’t give your password I highly doubt it will get hacked. When I was younger I put many videos on youtube and nothing has ever happened to my account. Just make sure you don’t have any viruses on your computer (no, someone can’t give you a virus on youtube unless they give you a link to follow, DON’T FOLLOW LINKS). Jagex has their own youtube account (www.youtube.com/thejagexchannel) so if they have one, you know they support youtube and don’t see it as a threat to their players’ security.

I’ve been in several runescape videos. I’ve only been hacked once and that was before I was in any videos. If you’re a member, consider changing your name. This will give an added degree of protecting your account.
