Yes. All prescription drug co-pays and cost share for high-cost drugs that are processed by RESTAT will automatically rollover to your health care spending account. Remember that the FSA expenses must have a cumulative total of more than $25 to trigger the FSA reimbursement, and is sent over by RESTAT to UHC twice per month (around the 1st and 15th of the month). This is also true for those enrolled in the Health Alliance Medical Plans HMO.
