A. The Thumbpad Keyboard will use very little battery power while connected to your Palm and will use even less when it enters sleep mode (sleep mode is entered after a short time of no response from the Thumbpad). You will not likely notice any difference in the battery power used when the Thumbpad is not connected vs when it is not connected.
