Will my Lab/Great Dane Puppy Survive Parvo?

It is going to be a 50/50 chance. Parvovirus alone is survivable if the puppy is healthy to begin with and treatment is started immediately. But sometimes puppies will contract another virus along with the Parvo, called Coronavirus. If this happens, mortality is 100%. Puppies cannot survive both at the same time. And this puppy should be in the hospital for the treatments. IV fluids (not subcutaneous like you are doing at home) need to be supplemented with IV antibiotics and vitamins. If the vet you are dealing with cannot hospitalize this puppy, ask them for a referral to a hospital which can. The lethargy is serious. I don’t see this puppy pulling through without hospitalization.
