Will my HuskyMail address be compatible with Northeastern listservs and mailing lists?
Yes. You should continue to receive all listserv and mailing list messages in your new HuskyMail account as long as you are subscribed from your @neu.edu or @husky.neu.edu address. Closed listservs only allow list subscribers to send messages. You should subscribe to these listservs with your new @husky.neu.edu address and unsubscribe your @neu.edu address. If necessary, you can add your @neu.edu address as a “Sent From” option so you can send messages to closed listservs to which you are subscribed. It is important to note that mail forwarding from @neu.edu to @husky.neu.edu addresses will end in December of 2011.
