Will my baby be ok if i dont eat healthy?
You’re not alone – many women in early pregnancy can’t stomach full or even healthy meals. The most important thing right now is trying to hold down your daily pre-natal vitamin, keeping hydrated and having snacks little and often throughout the day. At this stage in the first trimester, your baby is in very early development and will not be in the rapid growth stage. Later on, you’ll need to eat more as baby really puts in a health spurt! Bland food may be easier to stomach for now. Dry crackers, cheese, milk, bread, potatoes, rice etc is always a good way to get in nutrients.
