Will my 18 month old neutered tom cat go mad if i get another kitten?

Sadly, with cats, its trial and error and depends enormously on how you introduce the new kitten into his territory! Crazy eh ha ha, the things we do to keep ’em happy! If you’ve only just recently had him neutered then the chances are that he’s going to put up some level of animosity towards the newbie, he’ll spit, claw and make the kittens first few days a nightmare but if he does do this you must persevere – just keep an eye out for the little ‘un! If you had him neutered before he hit 10 months then he should be ok, there’ll still be an atmosphere and some spitting but it shouldn’t lead to a full scale attack unless you’ve spoilt him??? Ha ha ha, i can see you with your hands on your head thinking, ‘oh my god he’s spoilt rotten’ ha ha. I had my cat ‘done’ when he was just over a year old and although he was spoilt a little ( the only one of the litter to survive! ) he behaved himself – until i bought a puppy home!!!
