Will multi-vitamin effect blood test?

I would go ahead and get the blood test before you tweak with vitamins. It might make a little difference in the iron if you are borderline. If your iron is really low the dose in a multivit probably won’t make that much difference. Since you don’t know either way I would get the blood test first. If you have low iron you can take supplements and boost your diet with dark leafy vegetables, meat, iron fortified cereal… There are other factors that can affect energy and sex drive. A big one is depression, anxiety, lack of sleep, hypothyroidism, diabetes…Best to see your doctor and get a good physical and lab work. Hope you get to feeling better soon!
