Will mice with wheels and extra buttons other than the Microsoft Intellimouse work?
Other mice with wheels and extra buttons such as Logitech and Kensington mice may lose the function of the wheel and extra buttons after switching ports. This is because the unit does not have emulation for these mice. The OmniView only has emulation for the Microsoft Intellimouse. If you like the feel of your other mouse you can still use it but it may only operate as a two-button mouse.
