Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi (left) has been sitting at the top of the FTBL absolute world ranking with a whopping 318.85 points since mid-December. He has doubled his score in the last month and a half, and even very high planks to beat in our system seem unable to stop him. Two goals against Sevilla allowed the Argentine prodigy to not only beat a plank of more than 30 points, but to also add 19.06 points to his tally. Messi has scored in 6 games in a row, which earns him additional points in our system. If he scores again against Valladolid, he will once again easily beat a plank and continue to add to an already stratospheric FTBL score.
